LRFD and Fire calls:  No new calls.

Recycling Center: Pick up the big dumpster, we might need a sign for the metal dumpster indicating metal only.

Roads: When Craig Hardy says we should put the weight limit signs we will.  There is one brake valve on the truck that is not applying, the part is ordered.  There are some trees that need to be trimmed. Snow fence on Clyde road for drifting for future purposes, will have to talk to Linda and Tom.

Committee Reports:

Smart Growth: Nothing

Community Center Committee: Need to turn on the water in back kitchen. There was some painting done, and the snow might need pushed back for the CCN.

New Business:

Commercial Electrical Rules:  We do not have a commercial electrical inspector Bob recommends letting the state do it. Dave made the motion to let the State do it, Bob seconded all in favor.

CHC: Rural Utilities released environmental impact statement. Monica and Rob Evaluated the document and doesn’t’ spell out the energy alternatives. Need the board to OK to have our name on it. Just give concerns in the public comment section. We are asking CHC to review alternative sources of power.

Grader: Are we interested in having Nick Ramsden fix the grader? $60/hour shop rate roughly $1000 in parts. Brakes are another story. 15 to 20 hours to pull the engine out and clutch. Can either drive it or pull it. Get started on the clutch and come back let us know what else.  Bob made the motion to repair clutch and look at the rest. Dave seconded it all in favor.   Nick will give us an insurance to cover the labor and parts for 60 days.

Public Comment:

Bills and Receipts: were reviewed and paid.

Motion to Adjourn: Dave made the motion to adjourn, Bob  seconded all in favor.

Respectfully submitted June Gilbertson, Clerk.
